At RISE Physio, every appointment is strictly 1-on-1 with your registered physiotherapist in a private treatment room. We do not use support staff for your treatment time and we never double-book clients.
No, physiotherapists in Ontario are primary healthcare providers, so you do not need a referral to book. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a doctor's note for reimbursement.
Yes! Direct billing is now available for most providers, including Sun Life, Canada Life, Manulife, Desjardins, Blue Cross, Green Shield, and more. A receipt is issued at the end of each treatment for submission to extended health providers.
RISE Physio accepts cash, debit, or credit card for payment at the end of each visit. A receipt will be issued at the end of every treatment for submission to your extended health insurance provider.
Yes. We treat patients recovering from workplace injuries (WSIB) and motor vehicle accidents (MVA). Our team will work directly with your insurer, adjuster, and WSIB case manager to manage your claim, coordinate your treatment plan, and handle the paperwork so you can focus on recovery.
Cancellation of all appointments are required by 12pm the day before. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for any late cancellations.
Our main clinic is located in Shelburne, ON (119 Adeline Street). We also have an Orangeville Satellite Location at 29 Centennial Road, Unit 12-13, inside Total Athletics Gym, and a Tottenham home practice.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area being examined (e.g., shorts for knee/hip injuries, tank top for shoulder/neck concerns).
